Deep cleaning is a comprehensive, top-to-bottom cleaning of all accessible areas using specialized machines, tools, and safe cleaning agents. Our unique 3S methodology—Scrub, Sanitize & Shine—removes embedded dirt, disinfects high-touch points, and restores the visual appeal of your space for a healthier environment.

What does your deep cleaning cover?

Scope typically includes:

  • Dry and wet dusting of ceilings, walls, fans, AC vents.
  • Cleaning and sanitization of switches, handles, and touchpoints.
  • Complete bathroom descaling, disinfecting, and polishing.
  • Kitchen degreasing (countertops, cabinets exteriors/interiors, tiles, sink).

Do you offer regular housekeeping and soft services?

Yes. We provide daily/periodic housekeeping, pantry services, façade/glass cleaning, pest control coordination, waste management, washroom hygiene, and consumable supply management with on-site supervisors.

Do you provide disinfection and sanitization?

Yes. We deploy hospital-grade disinfectants compliant with safety norms, focusing on high-contact areas, shared spaces, and HVAC touchpoints. Frequency is recommended based on footfall and risk assessment.

What machines and chemicals do you use?

We use professional-grade scrubber-dryers, single-disc machines, vacuum cleaners, steamers, and industry-standard, eco-conscious chemicals suited to each surface. MSDS sheets can be shared on request.

Do you handle post-construction and move-in/move-out cleaning?

Yes. We remove cement spots, paint stains, and construction dust; detail-clean bathrooms and kitchens; and prepare the site for handover or occupancy.

Do you provide manpower for office support?

Yes. We can deploy trained housekeeping staff, pantry boys, office assistants, and multi-tasking attendants on monthly contracts, supervised under agreed SLAs.

How long does deep cleaning take?

Typically 4–10 hours depending on area, condition, layout, and selected add-ons. Larger premises may require a multi-day plan.
Do I need to be present during service?
Not mandatory. A responsible point of contact is recommended for access and final walkthrough.

What preparation is required from the client side?

How is pricing determined?

Pricing depends on total area, current condition, scope, add-ons, access challenges, and frequency (one-time vs. AMC). Post-survey, we share a transparent quote with inclusions/exclusions.

Do you offer Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs)?

Yes. AMC options for housekeeping, façade cleaning, floor care cycles, and consumables supply include defined SLAs, reporting, and performance reviews.

What payment modes do you accept?

  • We accept bank transfers, UPI, and corporate payments as per invoicing terms.
